Where do you manufacture your cabinets?

• • In our 150,000 square foot factory in Norwood, MA

What cabinet lines do you carry?

• • Over 90% of what we sell are our own in-house manufactured cabinet lines, but we also carry Wolf cabinets

What are the lead times for quick-ship cabinets?

• • Our quick-ship cabinets are ready in a week for pick up

Do you replace just cabinet doors?

• • Our doors are made specifically for our cabinets, so we are only able to replace doors on previously installed Metropolitan cabinets and not other cabinet lines

Do you offer cabinet refacing?

• • No, we do not

Design Services

Can a designer come to my house to measure and offer their design advice?

• • All initial consultations and meetings are held at one of our four showrooms

Do I need to make an appointment to see your products or meet with a designer?

• • We welcome walk-in clients, and a designer will be able to discuss our products and provide an overview, but in-depth consultations can require an hour or more, and are therefore by appointment

How do I make an appointment with a designer?

• • Customers can call one of the four showrooms to set up an appointment, or submit a request via our website here.

When do you take measurements of the project space?

• • Once a client confirms they’re moving forward with us, the designer will come out to measure and we take full financial responsibility for the measurements

Do you install cabinets and countertops?

• • We do not install our cabinets, those are to be installed by the client’s general contractor/carpenter, but we do install our stone countertops

Laminate Countertops

Are you a laminate fabricator?

• • Yes we are, we do not sub out work
  • Built by hand in our Norwood fabrication shop, we offer postform and custom laminate tops.

What laminate brands do you carry?

• • We carry laminate from all major brands, including Formica, Wilsonart, Pionite, Poliform, Nevamar, Arborite, and Lamin-Art. All custom orders are made with specified product brands.

Do you stock colors for quick delivery?

• • We stock a number of postform laminate colors for quick delivery
  • We offer a postform rounded front edge, with or without attached backsplash
