Our Factory
Our products are manufactured locally in our 150,000 square foot Norwood, MA factory. Unlike any other cabinet maker in New England, our mill produces exceptionally high quality, hand-crafted cabinetry made from American sourced materials.
We take pride in doing things right, and our state-of-the-art facility allows us to provide our customers with the best products at the best prices.
Our factory also houses our laminate fabrication shop, where all our tops are made with meticulous care and dedication.

What it Means to be ESP Certified
Air Quality
This mandatory requirement ensures that a minimum 80% of particleboard, MDF, and plywood used in our cabinets meets or exceeds formaldehyde emission levels in accordance to the California Air Resource Compwood ATCM.
Product Resource Management
ESP certification ensures that 80% of all particleboard and MDF used by Metropolitan contains 100% recycled or recovered fiber content.
Process Resource Management
Metropolitan maintains a comprehensive recycling program, including water reuse, and documented energy conservation program.
